We work with multiple suppliers from around the globe. One thing they all have in common is that they are world class manufactures with a commitment to exceptional quality and service.
Where are you located?
Our office is in the quaint town of Blaine Washington just outside of Seattle.
When can I expect my product to arrive?
This varies as we use different suppliers and carriers. Specific shipping times can be found on the individual product pages;
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we have not started production we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. For a smooth return please note
  • If you choose a store credit, exchange or if your product arrives damaged, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping. If you prefer a full refund, we ask that you please cover the return postage fee.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging with no visible signs of wear.
